Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All orders received in normal working ours are processed the same day. Good often arrive next day, but please allow a delivery period of 2 to 3 working days from placing your order (subject to stock availability). Standard delivery is via our own fleet of vehicles, or courier network.
For all other customers, orders over £75.00 (excluding VAT) are deemed carriage paid for UK mainland, orders under £75.00 (excluding VAT) will be subject to a £7.95 (excluding VAT) carriage charge.
No orders will be accepted online for locations outside UK mainland (England, Scotland and Wales only). For Northern or any other UK island locations please call 01473 636851.
There is the option to have a guaranteed next day delivery on stock items for £9.95 (excluding VAT) when the order is placed before 14:00. Overnight pre-10:00am deliveries are also available at an additional charge of £25.00 (excluding VAT) when the order is placed before 14:00. If your order is after this time and you have requested next day delivery, this will be subject to availability and you're more than welcome to contact us to discuss this at the point of your order. Damaged Goods, Breakages and Product Failure
In the unlikely event of your parcel arriving damaged, please report the problem to our sales team within 24 hours of the receipt of the package, and we will resolve the problem.
Please note that faulty products are returned to the manufacturer for testing.
Returns
Items correctly supplied against a firm order may not be returned for credit without being arranged in advance with our Sales Team who will issue the appropriate paperwork to ensure full traceability of the products returned. We reserve the right to levy a 15% handling charge. Items must be returned intact and unmarked, in full resaleable condition.
Items ordered in specifically for a customer cannot be returned for credit.
